My Verizon app - prospect

We redesigned the logged out app experience to be more attractive to prospect customers while maintaining close alignment with the logged in customer experience.


Gridwall redesign

Verizon was in the process of a brand refresh and our team felt there was opportunity to improve the look and function of the product gridwall.

The main priorities of the project were

  • update the overall visual styling

  • rethink promotional space


Droid landing page

I designed the Droid Turbo 2 landing page highlighting its main features, including interactive sections for customization and comparison.


Return trade-in to store flow

I worked with a team to add the ability for the user to return a trade-in device to a retail store. Allowing more flexibility for our customers, while saving waste and cost for the company.


Galaxy landing page

For the Galaxy S7 edge landing page I used animation to highlight the phone’s top features along with a comparison table that research showed were the main devices users upgraded from.


Interactive coverage map

I designed this coverage map to allow users the ability to demonstrate and discover Verizon’s lead in national coverage.
